Holistic Test and Balance began business in the late 80’s under the direction of Loyd Uffelman. HTB has since transitioned to Loyd’s son, Nick Uffelman joining him to continue the family tradition. As a longstanding member of the NEBB we have done numerous projects including schools, government buildings, restaurants…etc.
